From SAFe to DAD

When a large bank abandons SAFe to DAD, SAFe is remarked as:

  • expensive in terms of training cost, release train management, and program increment planning logistics.
  • non-lean due to generating plenty of waste in both processes and functions.
  • non-agile due to the long cycles of quarterly deliveries of program increments.
