Marina Bykova is a proactive person with loads of energy and a strong background in project management and event coordination.

Marina has a diverse cultural background having lived and studied in Russia, Czech Republic, and Sweden. She speaks Russian, German, Italian, French, Czech, English, and Swedish.

Marina has amassed significant volunteering experience over the years, from AIESEC Sweden to DataTjeje association to the Swedish church board and FSCON.

Marina holds a degree in Applied IT, Software Engineering, and Management from the University of Gothenburg and a Master’s in Economics from Russia. She is Scrum master certified and familiar with project and quality management methods from the PMI, PRINCE2, and Six Sigma.

At the moment, Marina is an IT project management consultant with Skill-IT.
