What an incredible workshop that is worth every minute invested. Excellent facilitation by Andrea Tomasini and Giuseppe De Simone to an informed and forthcoming cohort.

Together we explored and simulated the application of ORGANIC Agility (OA) principles and tools. We discovered a very convincing leadership model and decision-making device that are neatly related to cultural awareness in an organization and the adoption lifecycle in a rapidly changing technology market.

This is just the first step. The next steps are to take active part in the international ORGANIC Agility community and experiment with the tools at different organizations.
