Metaphorically, we need to shift from a paradigm that creates organizations that are like mechanistic zoos, to ones that are more like resilient jungles, or as Dave Snowden puts it, return Agile to the wild.

One thing we do know is that one size doesn’t fit all, there is no recipe for agility that is context independent. We conducted a sensemaker-based narrative inquiry to understand the current People Agility landscape, to better understand the needs and related responses in different contexts.
