The State of Agile Coaching Report for 2022 is one of a kind 💯 💯! It aggregates insights from 2130 agile coaches from 82 countries into their Agile coaching work. The report was jointly compiled by the Scrum Alliance, the Business Agility Institute, and ICAgile.

The report shows that the biggest impact of Agile coaching is in shifting an organization towards an agile mindset and culture. Interestingly, this shift is one of the biggest impediments to agility if not achieved according to the report.
