How to develop accountability and self-reliance (with practice)

Description: In this session, we will explore how to create a culture where all employees feel accountable and pro-actively are improving, managing their own employee experience.

I will share elements of a case study of work done with various senior and middle management leadership teams globally in banking, where we have used various goal setting and visioning practices (OKRs, Harada, A3, TOYOTA KATA and retrospectives) to develop accountability, self-reliance, and confidence in these teams. The secret sauce to developing self-reliance is to start with yourself – so you will have the opportunity to do just that during this session.
